Amy was just trying to do her job, filling in for a coworker at the local restaurant. But her day took an unexpected turn when she heard a familiar voice – Heather, her former high school bully.
Heather had made Amy’s life miserable, constantly mocking and belittling her. And now, here she was, standing in the restaurant, ready to start her verbal assault all over again.

Heather, feeling emboldened, shot back, but Jack was having none of it. “The work Amy does in a day is more than you’ve done in your entire life,” he retorted.
The staff began to gather around, and Heather and her friends started to backpedal. They asked to speak to the owner, but Amy had a surprise for them. “That’ll be me,” she said, stepping forward with confidence.
