The death of Clint Eastwood’s lifelong partner has been made public.
Christina Sandera, Clint Eastwood’s lifelong girlfriend, has away at the age of 61. Eastwood, 94, sent a statement to The Hollywood Reporter expressing his regret and thankfulness for their time together, albeit the cause of death was not disclosed.
Sandera met Eastwood while working as a hostess at his Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, and the two had been dating for over ten years. Although they didn’t disclose their relationship, the couple went to a number of Hollywood events together, including the 2015 Academy Awards.
Eastwood is the father of three children from his previous marriages to Dina Eastwood and model Maggie Johnson. Five more children from prior partnerships belong to him.
Eastwood stated, “Christina was a lovely, caring woman, and I will miss her very much,” in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. No other information of Sandera’s passing will be released at this time, his representative informed the outlet.
